The breed Španělský mastin is new in our kennels
In April 2003 we bought our first puppy - the bitch Conchitta from the excellent kennels Tornádo Erben of Mgr. L. Erbenova. After initial worries about the puppy being harmed by our "criminals" we came to the certainty that this very dog is able to handle everything and everybody (the only dog she slightly respects is Rocky). Conchitta adapted very quickly, her stubborness matches her speed influenced by the presence of Afghans and Wolfhounds. So now at home we have an Afghan-Irish-Spanish Mastin … she bowls like an Afghan (thanks God I do not have to bathe and brush her), she chases after hares like an Irish Wolfhound and she is as pig-headed as … a Mastin. She is an excellent guard and spots drunk passers-by at least half an hour before they turn up … unfortunately …
She is highly independent and decides about her doings. As our family friend says: "She lives her own disco-story and doesn´t let anyone to bother her." She is a tough, robust dog, an exquisite family and possession protector, she is respectable wherever we go with her.

Accomplishments
As in Slovakia Hounds and Mastins are shown on the same day, we took part in dog shows especially in this country. (Simply she would not go anywhere without Amanda …)
Conchitta achieved the title Slovak Youth Beauty Champion, CACIB title and BOB title and CAC at the Moloss Club Show.
More than her exhibition successes we were pleased to learn about the negative result in the hip joint dysplasia examination: 0/0.
Based on the above mentioned facts Conchitta has become a breeding individual.
